Important: To receive cashback, the caliper and motor (if applicable) must be the same as the type sent to customer and complete (i.e. genuine, no missing parts). Don't worry about the state of your old caliper, but it must be in a reasonable state, so it's possible for it to be refurbished (see leaflet in box). Please complete the Cashback Returns Form included in the box.

If you are outside this period, we may make special arrangements with you to either help you sell it on by giving you data or charge you a re-stocking fee.
