Slider pins are brake caliper accessories found on either side of the caliper which go through the mounting holes enabling the caliper to be pulled towards the piston clamping the brake pads on to the brake rotor.
When replacing brake calipers, the slider pins should be checked for rust to ensure free movement caliper.
